Our Connection Artist Auction Site uses professional auction software which provides both sellers and buyers with electronic communications to aid in the exhibiting, selling and/or buying of artistic work online.  

Our Connection Artist Auction Site is not involved in the actual transactions between seller and buyer parties. 

Our Connection Artist Auction Site assumes no control or liability over any issues that may arise as a result of the seller or buyer transactions which take place on this site.

BIDDING

Bidding on an item of artwork indicates your intent to purchase that item of artwork and is considered a legally binding contract between yourself and the seller of the item. Bids cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. Upon receiving notification that you are the winning bidder you are obligated to purchase the item.

FEES

There are no fees associated with the use of this site.

MEMBER DETAILS

In order to register on this site you must provide your true name true phone number,your true physical address and a valid email address. We reserve the right to terminate your account without notification if any of the above are untrue.

DENIAL OF SERVICE

Our Connection Artist Auction Site reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This right will be exercised when it becomes evident a user is in some way abusing the system.

TERMS OF SERVICE

This document and the detailed User Agreement comprise the entire agreement between the User and Our Connection Auction Site. By registering and participating as a user you are indicating your consent to be bound by these agreements.
